Rob Hopewell
Mr. Hopewell is currently the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at QTS Data Centers.
Mr. Hopewell oversaw all company operations at The Heiden Group from 2007 until 2012 and led the implementation of the innovative candidate research and recruiting process The Heiden Group uses today. Mr. Hopewell also oversaw the completion of 1000 placements while compiling a resume database of more than 100,000 top performers. Throughout his career, he has held positions overseeing various sales organizations with revenue ranging from $2M to $1B, and has consistently ignited rapid revenue growth. Mr. Hopewell has helped integrate multiple sales organizations, including Digital Island, Exodus, CWA, SAVVIS, UUNET, and CompuServe, and has delivered millions of dollars of revenue through multiple sales channels.

Before co-founding The Heiden Group, Mr. Hopewell was VP of Sales Strategy, Operations, and Alliances for Cable & Wireless America. In this role he devised sales strategy, overhauled sales operations, and quickly helped CWA to attain industry-leading customer retention and sales-force productivity. Strategies devised under his leadership increased sales force productivity 400%, reduced costs by 30%, and drastically reduced client churn from 10% to an industry leading 1.5%.
Mr. Hopewell also served as VP of Advanced IP Sales for Qwest Communications, where he led a 270 person web hosting and Internet sales team, and VP of Network Sales for Zephion Networks. At Zephion (acquired by Masergy), he built the first senior IP MPLS sales organization and served as a key member of an executive team that presented Zephion's business concept to more than 50 venture capitalists and investment banks.
Prior to Zephion, Mr. Hopewell was Regional VP of Network Sales, Mid-Atlantic Region for UUNET, where he delivered 36% growth year over year and managed a revenue base of over $500M. He later launched several new sales channels to further capitalize on the enormous market opportunity for web hosting services and led a staff of 60 while delivering $250M in hosting services revenue.
