John Ferrel

Mr. Ferrel has over 17 years of sales and business development experience specializing in high-yield revenue generation and strategic account development. Mr. Ferrel's business acumen and affinity for technology has afforded him success in the telecommunications and Internet industries. Throughout his career, Mr. Ferrel has held essential positions with venture backed start-ups, privately held firms, and global telecommunications corporations, including UUNET, Zephion Networks, AAC Inc., Qwest Communications, MCI, and Sprint. Mr. Ferrel and his sales teams have consistently exceeded expectations, delivering an aggregate of $1B in revenue throughout his career.

Prior to AAC Inc, Mr. Ferrel served as Director of Advanced IP Sales for Qwest Communications, where he successfully led a specialized 40 person sales team. Mr. Ferrel also managed sales teams at Zephion Networks and UUNET.

Mr. Ferrel is a certified CCSE (Cisco Certified Sales Expert) and CCSS (Cisco Certified VPN/Security Specialist). A native of Washington DC, he has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications from Marymount University, Arlington, VA.
