Jim Rodriguez

Mr. Rodriguez brings over 19 years of extensive engineering, operational, and management experience to The Heiden Group team from progressive Information Technology and Premier Internet Hosting Services companies. He has an exceptional track record building and leading highly skilled global organizations responsible for delivering complex mission-critical solutions for leaders in the financial, entertainment, and high-tech industries. Mr. Rodriguez has enjoyed a challenging career that has exposed him to diverse market conditions with companies ranging from $20M to $4B in annual revenues.

Before joining The Heiden Group, Mr. Rodriguez most recently served as Vice President of Information Technology for Tagged Inc., a premiere VC funded online Social Networking Company. He was responsible for the IT strategy and operational direction of an extremely popular site.

Prior to Tagged, Mr. Rodriguez served as Senior Director of Operations at SAVVIS Communications. He led the program office for post-acquisition integration in the areas of Hosting, Consulting and Content Distribution. He also served as Senior Director of Operations at Cable & Wireless America, as Director of Global Operations at Digital Island and as Director of Design Engineering at SBC DataComm. His career is highlighted by success in developing business plans that consistently reduced time to revenue and improved product and service reliability while lowering operational costs.

Mr. Rodriguez also led the deployment of IT Quality Systems (SAS70, ISO 9000, ITIL) in compliance with industry standards and best practices across all organizations.
